Description
The Findynate Fishing's are noted as being one of the most attractive stretches of fly water on the upper Tay set in the beautiful scenery of highland Perthshire. Each beat offers a variety of water which can be fished at any height and will produce fish throughout the season, many of them still with sea lice.
Both beats comprise of 3 pools. The main pool on each being long and fishable in any water height from both banks with fly or spinner. They are also suitable for harling in high water. The other pools are smaller and best suited to medium and lower levels when they are a delight to fish with the fly.
Prawn, shrimp or worm fishing is not permitted on either beat.
Each beat has excellent access by car to the riverbank. Bookings are welcome for single rods or parties on a daily or weekly basis. Tackle hire and tuition can also be arranged with prior notice and there is a wide range of accommodation in the area.
