Conditions
- All charges are subject to VAT
- Delivery to valid UK addresses only and only emails can be sent abroad.
- SMS messages are abbreviated to be within the maximum 160 characters shown by mobile phones.
- Right reserved to raise surcharges if telecom/data suppliers increase charges significantly.
- Registrants may not redistribute or copy the information received to other people (other than verbally).
- Season does not include November or December and time packages cannot be split.
- River height data content not guaranteed.
- FishScotland will undertake to send the messages at the appropriate time via a reputable carrier. FishScotland cannot guarantee that their systems, or yours, will always enable your prompt receipt.
- Faxes will try twice, but will only connect if your fax machine answers with a prompt valid fax tone.
